Deliveries and Returns

Delivery

Deliveries are sent by Normal Mail or Registered Mail depending on your choice. We recommend you choose Registered mail, it is quicker and fully tracked, so will guarantee you receive your goods. If you choose Normal mail service, you do so at your own risk, and we will not assume liability if your parcel does not arrive. Subject to availability we endeavour to sent orders within three days. 

We ship around the world from Portugal. Although we will offer the option soon for shipping from the UK as well.

Large Orders

For orders over 2kg (about twenty 30ml bottles, or more than 2 bottles of olive oil) please contact us, as our online payment system does not offer this option.

We can research the best and most cost-effective option for shipping to your location.

Delivery times

We aim to send out your order within 3 days of receiving it. 

Here are the estimated shipping times on top of that:

Europe

Normal Mail          3-5 days

Registered Mail .  up to 3 days

Rest of World  

Normal Mail .        7 days

Registered Mail     5 days

Contact us if you do not receive your order within 14 working days.

Orders outside of the EU

We will shop anywhere in the world. Please be aware you may be liable for import and customs charges.

Returns and refunds

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, you may contact us for a refund within 14 days of placing the order or one week of receiving the order (whichever is longer). Photos or other evidence of damage will be required. A refund will be made in full (including our P&P costs) within 15 days.

Where the goods are not damaged, in other ways faulty or incorrectly delivered, you may return the goods to us at your cost and we will refund you if there are received in good condition.

Please ensure the product has not been used and is returned undamaged. If it is a bottle, the tamper evident seal on the lid must still be in place.
