In line with our ethical trading policy we hope you find our terms and conditions easy to understand. Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation and Distance Selling regulations. 

It is assumed that by placing an order you accept Earthlife Goods Ltd Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.


All prices are in £ sterling.

Product descriptions

We endeavour to ensure all product descriptions are accurate and complete. Errors may occur and these will be corrected as soon as possible. Images are usually accurate. 


PLEASE NOTE: We advise that you take responsibility for your own health and wellbeing and do not rely on any information given on this site when making decisions about your health.
If you are unsure about the effect that any of our products might have on your physical, mental or emotional wellbeing, please contact a professional medical advisor.
You purchase our products at your own risk and we are not responsible for any ill-effects you might experience after taking them. 


Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Solo, Amex, Diners or Maestro via our secure payment provider Stripe or through a Paypal account.

All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation. If your card provider refuses to authorise payment to us, we will notify you immediately. We will not be be liable for any delay or non-delivery


All customers placing an order will be provided with an invoice by email. Please contact us by email if you suspect your invoice to be incorrect and we will rectify any errors


We do our very best to only display products that are in stock. However popular products can go out of stock quickly. In the unlikely event of this happening, when we receive your order we email you with the expected delivery time. If you decide not to continue with your order then any sum debited from your payment card will be re-credited to your account. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 15 days of you informing us you do not wish to proceed with the order.


Deliveries are sent by Normal Mail or Registered Mail depending on your choice. We recommend you choose registered mail,  as it is fully tracked and will guarantee you receive your goods.  It is also a bit quicker.

If you choose the untracked Normal mail service, you do so at your own risk, and we will not assume liability if your parcel does not arrive. Subject to availability we endeavour to sent orders within three days. 

Deliveries to destinations outside of the EU may be subject to additional taxes and customs charges.

Complaints procedure

We aim to provide the highest possible customer satisfaction levels. If you believe that we have failed in any way to meet these standards then contact our customer service department by e-mail: goods{at}earthlife (dot) com.

Please provide as much detail of your complaint as possible including where relevant; product name, batch code and best before date (from bottom of bottle), details of order number and invoice number, delivery date and details of any communication with our company. We endeavour to respond to all complaints initially within 3 working days. If we are unable to resolve the matter immediately we will advise you of the anticipated time it will take to resolve. Where the complaint takes longer than one week to resolve we will advise you of the progress of your complaint on a regular basis. Where the complaint involves product quality we will pay for the goods to be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns and refunds

Your right to cancel

We want you to be delighted with your order. If you wish to cancel your order your order you may do so within 14 days of placing the order or one week of receiving the order (whichever is longer) without reason. A refund will be made in full (including our P&P costs) within 15 days of receipt of returned goods. Where the goods are not damaged, in other ways faulty or incorrectly delivered the goods must be returned at your cost. You can return the goods to our office:

Please ensure the product has not been used and is returned undamaged. If it is a bottle, the tamper evident seal on the lid must still be in place.

Damaged & missing goods

On receipt of your remedies please inspect the bottle(s) and check the tamper evident lids on any bottles and inform us immediately of any damages or missing items within 7 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Product quality

Our aim is to provide the highest quality products. If you have any concerns whatsoever regarding the quality of your product please contact us. We will pay to have the goods returned and either refund or replace according to your choice. This does not affect your statutory rights
